Harriet Brown is a multidisciplinary designer and visual storyteller inspired by culture, travel, and the enduring relationship between people and place. Raised between Louisiana and the American West, her worldview was shaped through years of global travel and hands-on exploration, fostering a lifelong fascination with architecture, craftsmanship, history, and visual culture.

Working across design, photography, painting, and creative content, Harriet brings an editorial perspective to everything she creates. Her interests span historic cities, luxury hospitality, fashion, archaeology, and the small details that reveal how people live, create, and connect around the world.

A graduate of Tulane University with a background in Design, Architecture, and Anthropology, she approaches her work with equal parts curiosity and intention. Through image-making, storytelling, and design, Harriet seeks to capture the beauty, character, and cultural narratives that shape our experience of the world.

My creative style is defined by an editorial approach to storytelling, blending design, photography, and cultural observation to create work that feels both intentional and immersive. Influenced by architecture, anthropology, travel, and the built environment, I am drawn to the details that give places their character—the textures, objects, traditions, and moments that often go unnoticed.

I gravitate toward warm, layered imagery and narratives that evoke a sense of atmosphere and discovery. Whether creating visual content, documenting a destination, or developing a brand story, I strive to connect aesthetics with meaning, crafting experiences that feel authentic, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in place.
